About Us
Credit management teams and recovery specialists need expert specialised support. We are fully geared up to assist with reporting and debtor liaison to ensure that clients are able to minimise arrears, and account for and recover funds.
We are an independent privately owned company founded in 1997 with an extensive field force, currently of 250 accredited professional counsellors, covering the length and breadth of the UK. We also operate in Eire.
We are dedicated to quality and reliability as demonstrated by ISO 9001 and Investors in People accreditations.
Our administration centre in Fareham, Hampshire employs over 40 staff that assist, support and manage the field force to ensure quality and reliability in everything we do.
