Court Attendance
For a fixed, standard fee, we provide advocates to represent lenders in mortgage possession cases, applications and other short hearings in chambers at any County Court within England and Wales. We appear under instructions from solicitors acting for the lending institutions (or their in house legal departments).
Every member of our national force has undergone compulsory class room and practical training in the County Courts to ensure they are fully conversant with the relevant law and the procedures of court attendance.
With over 200 agents, located throughout England and Wales, we are able to attend any Court at very short notice. We provide verbal updates of the outcome on the day of the hearing and produce more formal reports within 24 hours of the case.
