Credit and Debit Card Recoveries
We act on behalf of a number of card issuing financial institutions to help them minimise debt from cardholders who have overspent on credit or debit accounts.
We arrange to have an agent attend at any address within the UK; and as credit card recoveries are typically urgent we offer to visit the borrower within 24 hours of receiving the instruction to prevent further spending.
We have helped our clients minimise losses through credit card spending and can obtain the relevant information for recovery of any losses. We can also compile a full report on the subject’s repayment proposal.
We will return the card and cheque books to the client. If these have been lost or destroyed we will arrange for a declaration stating that the facilities are no longer in the possession of the cardholder.
