As part of the process of creating and administering mortgages, lenders instruct us to visit their customers soon after the loan is completed and before the first payment is due.
We ascertain whether the customer is happy with the mortgage they have taken and that they understand their mortgage product, the interest rate and repayment method. This helps to ensure that the lender’s preferred method of payment is achieved.
We can find out if the customer has any complaints or comments about the way their application was processed. We talk them through the process should they experience difficulty making their payments.
